  • You can request in person or via the mail

  • Certified copies are $10.00 each

  • We accept cash or check

  • Vital records before 1900 are considered “genealogy research” costing $10.00 and then $10.00 for a certified copy

  • Vital records are kept in the resident community, occurrence community and Boston Vital Records.

  • Vital records do not cross state lines (if a birth or death happened out of state-we would never receive the record)
