- 6/18 Paving top coat on Gail Ann, Market, Bayberry, Gove (Broadleaf to DE).
- 6/19 Paving top coat on Gove (Pond to Broadleaf), Sequoia, Broadleaf.
- 6/22 Paving top coat on Richards and Moosewood.
- 6/23 Paving top coat on Ironwood, Crestwood, and Sumac.
- 6/24 Paving top coat on Tomahawk, Pink, Lily, Strand, and Kender.
- 6/25 Paving top coat on Pond, Tamarac, Challenger, Vine, Race.
- 6/26 Paving top coat on Pond, Eveready.
Please plan to avoid the area during the final paving, expect delays. Vehicles will not be able to drive on the top coat until cooled.
Structures on Pond Street and throughout the neighborhood are raised in advance of the final road paving. Please proceed through the area with caution. Final paving is tentatively scheduled to start on June 22, 2020 and will be performed daily, weather permitting, until all roads are completed. Pond Street will be the last road to be paved. Restoration work at edges of roadway is ongoing.

- Binder course paving on Moosewood, Broadleaf, Sequoia, Market, Gove, Gail Ann. All binder course should be completed this week.

- Granite curb installation on Pond Street should be complete by Thursday.
- Concrete sidewalk pouring on Pond Street begins on Friday starting at Salem Road.
April 27, 2020 binder course paving begins on Tomahawk Drive and the side streets off Tomahawk Drive. Paving will occur daily, weather permitting, until all roads in the neighborhood have binder course.
April 21, 2020 granite curb installation begins on Pond Street.
April 16-17, 2020 grading on Sumac Street and Ironwood Street. The week of April 21, reclaimer will be working on Moosewood Street, Richards Street, Sequoia Street and Gove Road. Paving crew returns the week of April 27 to pave Tomahawk Drive and the side streets off Tomahawk Drive.
Thursday, April 9, 2020 binder course paving on Pond Street, Eveready Circle, Race Street, and Vine Street is canceled. This work is rescheduled to Friday, April 10, 2020 and Saturday, April 11, 2020. The reclaimer is moving to Tomahawk Drive Thursday, April 9 and Friday, April 10. Also, Sumac Street will be reclaimed on Saturday, April 11, 2020. Due to anticipated weather, work is canceled on Monday, April 13, 2020.
On Thursday, April 9, 2020, the Contractor plans to begin road work on Gail Ann Drive. Work will occur between 7AM and 3PM daily. The Contractor will try to minimize delays to you and maintain temporary access to your properties during the work. Advanced notice will be given if vehicles need to be moved or parked elsewhere for a short duration.
On Thursday, April 9, 2020 and Friday, April 10, 2020 binder course paving is scheduled on Pond Street, Eveready Circle, Race Street, and Vine Street. Work will occur between 7AM and 4PM. The road will be closed to all through and local traffic. Local traffic within the work limits should plan to move their vehicles prior to the start of work each day. If inclement weather postpones paving work, work will be scheduled for the next suitable day.
Starting Monday, March 30, 2020, the Contractor plans to begin road work associated with the project. Work will occur between 7AM and 3PM daily. The work will be broken into 3 phases as follows:
Phase 1: Pond Street, Challenger, Tamarac
Phase 2: Tomahawk Drive and side streets, Sumac, Ironwood, Crestwood, and Gail Ann
Phase 3: Moosewood, Sequoia, Gove, Bayberry, Market, Broadleaf, Richards, Race, Vine, Eveready
Reclaiming will begin on Pond Street on Monday, March 30. Pond Street will be closed and traffic detours will be in place for thru traffic. The easement areas on Richards Street and Tomahawk Drive will be open for local traffic to access the neighborhood.
