[ARCHIVED] Trash and Recycling Cancellation due to Snowstorm 1-4-18

Due to the major snowstorm forecast for Thursday January 4, collection of the regular Wednesday route scheduled for Thursday has been cancelled. Regular Wednesday routes will not be collected until next Wednesday January 10. Excess trash and recyclables may be placed in regular bags next to your cart on Wednesday January 10.  The normal Thursday route will be collected on Friday, and the normal Friday route will be collected on Saturday. The overflow recycling drop off at the Highway Division has been extended to Wednesday January 10.

Please be sure all trash and recycle carts, and Christmas trees are kept away from the curb during snow removal operations.

Please adhere to the Town bylaw for snow removal and parking. Parked vehicles interfering with snow removal operations may be ticketed and towed.
