Pound Fitness

Billerica Recreation is pleased to announce that ever-popular POUND Fitness Program has just been added to our fall programs!

Join us for a four-week introduction to Pound! Pound is a full-body, cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, pilates, isometric movements, and plyometric poses. You can burn between 400-900 calories per class. Strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique-all while rocking out to your favorite music.

Class information: POUND will be held on Saturdays, Oct. 15 - Nov. 5, 10-11am, $25,
