J. Tropeano, Inc. has been given a Notice to Proceed.
Work will start with survey stakeout of the construction baseline, proposed edge of roadway, and proposed back of sidewalk. Early work will include installation of erosion controls, safety signage, and layout of the new utility pole locations. 56 utility poles will be moved as part of the project. The contract time is 730 calendar days from Notice to Proceed, with a completion date of October 18, 2018.
