Alexander Road Town Storage Buildings: Among other uses, this property off Alexander Road is used by Billerica’s and other Town’s Emergency Management operations. The area and access road was paved but was in terrible condition. The site was unkempt, secluded, and was inviting illegal dumping.
We regraded and paved a portion of the site to promote drainage and delineate access ways around the site. A subdrain was installed along a portion of the site to alleviate a longstanding drainage problem. A gate was installed to prevent illegal dumping in this area.
