For all inquiries pertaining to payoffs on Tax Title properties, please contact the Treasurer's Office directly at 978-671-0928, or request a Municipal Lien Certificate (MLC) from the Tax Collector's Office.

Please note that the Town of Billerica's website is NOT updated to reflect any payments, fees and/or interest on these parcels.  You MUST contact the Treasurer's Office to obtain these current balances.
