How can I find out what the building setbacks are in my zoning district?
Required setbacks in residential districts are generally 35 feet for the front, 15 feet for the side, and 20 feet for the rear of lots. In business districts, it is generally 50 feet for the front yard, 25 feet for the side, and 35 feet for the rear. All required setbacks can be found in Section 7.6 of the Zoning By-Laws.
