FIELD / COURT RENTALS
The following is a summary of the Facility Reservation Fees. Any group, gathering by pre-arrangment, is required to have a permit for field/court use on file.
A list of fields, courts and recreation amenities that are available for permitting/rental and the permit application process and forms can be found on the Recreation Fields webpage.
The following are general fees for use by established team / leagues:
Billerica Resident Organizations (85%) Fee waived if organization contributes equal or
greater value to field maintenance
Youth $5 pp per season
Adult $10 pp per season
Other Organizations: $50 per team per game
Youth/Adult Organizations $50 per game (2 hours)
One Time Field Use:
Resident: $25 per game
Non-Resident: $50 per game
$50 per hour (Clinics, camps, Events, etc)
Non-Profit Charities may request a fee waiver.
Picnic Areas at Manning Park/Kohlraush Park/ Kids Konnection - Price is dependent on amount of time, size of group and number of picnic tables reserved. If the reservation made for Manning Park is out of season, an additional fee may be required to cover any staff that may need to be hired for the event to allow for restroom use or location set up.
