The project limits are as follows:
Phase 2's construction is essentially complete. Phase 3 is 75% designed with an approximate construction cost of $16,000,000. This project is planned to be funded through the 2016 Transportation Improvement Program for the Boston Metropolitan Planning Organization. Extensive Right of Way and environmental permitting efforts remain to be completed on the project.
